OPUS Laser Therapy

What is OPUS Laser Therapy?
Opus skin resurfacing is the latest skin rejuvenation procedure to reverse common signs of aging without surgery or injections. Men and women who want to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, acne scars, can receive Opus skin resurfacing treatment to gain back their confidence and achieve smoother, more youthful-looking skin, comparable or even superior to the laser treatments but with much less if any downtime.
About Opus

The first-of-its-kind fractional plasma technology, Opus Plasma represents a new chapter for energy-based devices, addressing global or localized textural and skin quality concerns often corrected with conventional fractional resurfacing lasers in the past
-
Operating at a high frequency of over 40MHz, the metal pins on the Opus Plasma tips are super-charged with high-voltage
-
When in close proximity of the skin, the charged pins react to atmospheric pressure in the air, creating plasma that in turn, creates the microthermal zones of fractional injuries
-
Our Opus treatment delivers radio frequency energy at multiple levels to customize a treatment for your specific skincare concerns, using a range of settings to safely and effectively resurface the skin
-
Able to treat face, neck, decollete, hands, stomachs, etc.

Before Your Treatment

Hydration is very important. Starting 4 days before your appointment we recommend drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water daily.

During Your Treatment
-
We will apply a numbing cream before the treatment to make you as comfortable as possible, but you may still feel mild heat and pressure during the treatment
-
Most people tolerate the treatment well
-
You may experience some redness, but you can go back to your usual routine immediately after the treatment
-
You will appear to have a sunburn look

After Your Treatment

You will need to avoid the sun for 2 weeks after the procedure. We recommend a minimum of SPF 50 sunscreen and a hat or covering over the treated area when outdoors. Discontinue use of abrasive products such as retinal or hydroquinone for 7 days after procedure. Wash with a mild soap and apply an occlusive topical agent such as Aquafor, Vaseline, or Active hydration serum while skin is healing. Do not exfoliate skin until day 7. Avoid excess heat such as saunas, hot showers, or intense exercise while skin is still red.

How long before I will see results after the procedure?

We are getting incredible results as soon as the first treatment, however for maximum results we are recommending 3-4 treatments

How long do the results last?

The results of Opus are permanent. Natural aging will still occur, so to maintain results you can have a maintenance treatment as often as every 6 months

Am I a good candidate for OPUS?

These treatments are easy to take, requiring little, if any, recovery or downtime. That makes Opus fractional plasma treatments great for just about anyone.
