What are cosmetic fillers?
Cosmetic (dermal) fillers provide an effective option for reducing the signs of aging. Fillers are injectable gel and are inserted just beneath the surface of the skin to address fine lines, deep wrinkles, skin folds, hollow areas below the eyes, thin lips, and other cosmetic concerns.
What is the procedure?
Cosmetic filler injections are quick procedures with minimal discomfort. A fine(small) needle is utilized to inject small amounts of filler into the treatment area. Depending on the desired results and treatment area(s), you may receive several injections. A numbing agent may be applied to the treatment area prior to the injections(s).
